We know plastic straws are not recycleable.  I find that irritating.  So, I made an art piece out of it!  While waiting in the carpool lane for school pick-up, I cut the straws in half, down the entire straw.  I \"sewed\" them through 1/4\" mesh that I cut into a rectangle.  I did so in random pattern and color placement.
