I really enjoy working with papier mache.  It is a simple, easy to obtain-the-materials method of creation.  I usually use flour and water mixture.  I use white glue and water for the wet months when mold is high.  This piece is started from half of a gallon plastic milk jug.  the handle side.  The face just appeared to me when decided what to make.  The mouth of this senor is the mouth of the jug.  I add half a cirle and ball fringe for the beginings of a cordovan hat.
