Artist's Statement

My artwork is inspired by a love of nature and the beauty of our Northern California landscapes. I've always enjoyed drawing and working in detail. Painting in watercolor, oil, or drawing with colored pencil, I love building layers of color and detail. Monterey and Napa Valley are favorite places where I always find artistic inspiration.
